We set a lot of value on a high-quality educational guidance. In high-quality preparation seminars the participants are prepared for their projects thoroughly. After the encounter, a follow-up seminar offers the possibility to reflect experiences and make plans for future activities.
Preparation and Follow-Up
The focus is set on preparing the students for the meeting with their partners. Under educational guidance the participants can identify and discuss stereotypes and prejudices and are trained to manage cultural diversity and differences. They learn how to deal with conflicts and how to work and act as a team.
ENSA tries to advance the students’ ability to see things from a different point of view. The aim is for the students to realize how local action has global implications. They are motivated and encouraged to share their experiences with others.
Learning Program
ENSA is a program in constant progress, meaning that the trainers are willing to learn from their collaboration as well. They use and apply a variety of methods and techniques and will interweave seminar content with other, connected issues. In turn the students are invited to share in the outlining the road map for their seminar and find out which methods work best for them.
ENSA values the combination of spreading knowledge as well as giving educational guidance. They are the key to the success of the program. For only by taking a closer look at past, present and future possibilities one can opt for a globally equitable future
